SecureGSM Software is identified as an export controlled item under Australian Export Laws and is listed in THE DEFENCE AND STRATEGIC GOODS LIST PURSUANT TO THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901, CUSTOMS (PROHIBITED EXPORTS) REGULATION 13E(1), published by the Commonwealth of Australia and the Australian Government Department of Defence, and is subject to a GENERAL EXPORT LICENCE (LICENCE) granted to SecureGSM by the Australian Government Department of Defence.
SecureGSM will supply to you Software which is restricted by the GENERAL EXPORT LICENCE granted to SecureGSM, provided that the following limitations can be met and you warrant the acceptance and conformity of the LICENCE limitations (1, 2 and 3) as outlined below.
- Goods covered by the LICENCE must not be loaned, sold or otherwise transferred to any Government or Military user without the specific approval of the Australian Minister for Defence or a person authorized by the minister.
- Goods covered by the LICENCE are restricted from supply to the following countries:
CUBA, IRAQ, NORTH KOREA, LIBYA, IRAN, SUDAN, SYRIA, INDONESIA.
- The end user(s) must supply Names, Addresses (PO Box Addresses are not acceptable) and telephone numbers.
SecureGSM further states that SecureGSM reserves the right to decline supply to any person or organization at its sole discretion.
