In-Confidence System Requirements
CPU:
1.6GHz and better, Intel CPU is recommended.
OS:
Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Vista or Microsoft Windows 7.
RAM:
256Mb (XP), 512Mb (Vista), 512Mb (Windows 7), 512Mb minimum is recommended.
Disk space:
Minimum 50MB on Hard Disk. 100Mb recommended.
Audio Output device:
Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 3, Microsoft Windows Vista with Service Pack 2 or Microsoft Windows 7 compatible integrated sound card or USB Headset.
Audio Input device:
Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Vista or Microsoft Windows 7 compatible integrated microphone or USB headset with microphone (Boom type recommended).
Screen resolution:
Minimum 800 x 600 VGA screen is recommended.
Pointing device:
Microsoft Windows compatible mouse or integrated pointing device (touchpad or touch point)
Text input device:
Microsoft Windows compatible keyboard.
Network connection type:
Reliable Internet connection, broadband type, is required in order to maintain connection to In-Confidence Communication Server.
Internet connection speed:
50Kbit/sec uplink and 50Kbit/sec downlink minimum, 128Kbit/sec and better uplink/downlink speed is recommended.
Internet connection speed (multi point conferencing mode):
Conference Host only: 50Kbit/sec uplink and 50Kbit/sec downlink minimum per each established conference channel.
Network protocols:
UDP, ICMP (Type 8 and Type 0 only).
Firewall requirements:
Microsoft Windows firewall (seamless integration is provided at product installation stage) or third party host or boarder firewalling product, configured to allow UDP, ICMP type 8, 0 traffic (incoming/outgoing) to running In-Confidence application. Setting In-Confidence in Firewalling Product exceptions list is recommended for fault free product operation.
