The sensitivity setting allows manual control over your microphone. The settings made here are reflected in the Advanced Audio Control and vice versa.

Upon installation, the default settings are applied depending on your device.

Note: Having the Sensitivity too high may cause degradation in voice quality and introduce artifacts such as spurious echo due to speaker/microphone feedback. The Sensitivity setting within SecureGSM™ SP is specifically designed to minimize such issues.

Please refer to Reducing Echo for information on how to optimise your settings.

In call speaker volume.

This setting allows you to set the optimal level of the speaker volume during a SecureGSM™ SP call with much higher precision than the standard volume control slider.
